Jakarta, February 7th 2020 -- Today, Friday February 7th 2020, a farewell, welcoming and handover event of President Director is held at PT PGAS Solution 2nd floor Coworking Space. The event attended by the entire Board of Directors, Division Heads, Employees and esteemed guests. This occasion was opened with a welcoming speech by Chaedar, he shared his moments and last message as President Director of PT PGAS Solution, then followed with a speech by Erwin Simanjutak as the new President Director.  

Chaedar has served as President Director for two years, 2018 to 2020. Previously, he served as Financial Director PT PGAS Solution in 2015 to 2018, and now Erwin Simanjuntak is entrusted as President Director of PT PGAS Solution based Circulair Resolution by the Shareholders (KPSSS) on February 5th, 2020. 

“What I always instill to everyone of you is that when we are together, we are able and responsible. It is impossible to take action without being responsible. Once we’ve taken a step, we have to take responsibility and finish ongoing projects,” shared Chaedar in his speech at the farewell and welcoming event for PT PGAS Solution President Director. 

Chaedar also advised the board of Directors: “Take care of them like family. When there are mistakes, then we have to guide them because we are a leader, because we are family, Solutionation family.” 

In January, shareholders have also issued a KPSSS with changes in the board of Directors. Director of Engineering and Development is being replaced with Rangga Radji, previously Tatit Sri Jayendra served as Director of Operations is now being replaced with Edi Armawiria, and Director of Finance and Administration previously was Taryaka, and has been replaced with Ariadi. 

“I hope that we all can work well together because change is not something to be feared, but trust that in the future we can be better with this new formation,” added Erwin Simanjuntak as President Director of PT PGAS Solution.
