As part of efforts to develop leadership character and national awareness among Perwira and Pertiwi of Subholding Gas, 49 employees—including those from PGN Solution and several others from within the Subholding Gas environment—participated in the Patriotism Program.

The training took place at the Adjutant General Education Center of the Indonesian Army in Lembang, West Java. Various Kewiraan activities were conducted to foster nationalism and enhance participants' leadership spirit.

Throughout the program, participants received a series of training materials designed to reinforce discipline, teamwork, and mental and physical resilience. Drills, leadership simulations, and national insight sessions were key elements of the training.

In addition, participants were introduced to national defense values, including patriotism, national and state awareness, and character-building to become responsible and integrity-driven individuals.

"This National Defense Training is part of Subholding Gas's efforts to develop human resources who are not only competent but also possess strong leadership character and deep patriotism. I hope the participants can apply the values they have learned in their daily work and become role models for their colleagues," said PGN Solution President Director, Sabaruddin.
