Demak – PT PGAS Solution (PGN Solution) through the Semarang Area Representative Office visited the evacuation posts for Demak - Kudus flood victims, at the JHK Kudus Building and SDN 1 Gajah Demak, Demak Regency, Central Java on Friday (22/3).

Humanitarian aid in the form of basic necessities such as rice, mineral water, snacks, baby diapers, milk, clothes, etc. has been distributed to around 762 victims of the Demak flood disaster.

The provision of humanitarian assistance was carried out by the PGN Solution Area Semarang aid distribution team, along with the Head of Operations for the PGN Solution Area Semarang, Mochammad Maroeli Syarief.

"Hopefully the donations that have been given will be useful for the victims, especially the refugees at the JHK Kudus Building Command Post and SDN 1 Gajah Demak. PGN Solution really cares about the affected victims. "Hopefully the flood will recede soon, and the refugees can return to their homes in good health and safety," said Maroeli.

Reporting from the CNN page, the floods that occurred in Demak to Kudus with a height of up to 200 cm had an impact on the submergence of residents' houses in 13 sub-districts in Demak, and 5 sub-districts in Kudus. The number of residents affected by the flood disaster in these two areas is estimated to reach more than 30,000 people.
