Jakarta — PGN Solution achieved a proud milestone by earning the 2nd Best Leader Award in the General Manager category through the Assessment of Living Core Values (LCV) program within the Pertamina Group. The program is designed to strengthen the role of leaders as role models in fostering a positive work culture while driving sustainable business performance.

This year’s assessment involved 22 finalists holding the positions of Vice President (VP) and General Manager (GM)from various work units and entities across the Pertamina Group, covering six award categories. The assessment stages included evidence evaluation, questionnaire surveys, and on-site interviews as the final phase, conducted from 18 November to early December 2025.

This recognition serves as tangible evidence that the implementation of Core Values has become a strong foundation in every process, decision, and strategic step taken by the company.

The President Director of PGN Solution, Sabaruddin, stated:
