Jakarta – PT PGAS Solution (PGN Solution) succeeded in proving its commitment to implementing the AKHLAK culture, by winning the "2nd Best Leader Living Core Values ​​(LCV) AKHLAK 2024, GM Category" award. This award was awarded to the Main Director of PGN Solution, Sabaruddin at the LCV Awarding AKHLAK 2024, as one of a series of Pertamina 67th Anniversary Celebration Events at Grha Pertamina, Central Jakarta on Tuesday (10/12). The event was attended by members of the Holding Board of Directors, Sub-Holding Directors, AP Services & Portfolio Directors, as well as Pertamina officers from companies under the auspices of Pertamina.

This series of awards events was held in order to appreciate the internalization and implementation of AKHLAK Culture within the Pertamina Group, which has become the work guide for all Pertamina employees. Through the AKHLAK Living Core Values ​​(LCV) Assessment program, Pertamina measures the extent to which leaders at the VP/Setara and GM/Equivalent levels practice AKHLAK values ​​in their daily leadership. This program is also a strategic step in strengthening a work culture that has integrity, professionalism and is oriented towards superior performance.
