Salatiga – PT PGAS Solution (PGN Solution) again carried out a Management Walkthrough (MWT) on the Pengapon – Boyolali pipeline project on Thursday (30/5), as a form of joint commitment between Pertamina Patra Niaga as the project owner, and PGN Solution as the construction contractor. This activity was held at the Pertamina Patra Niaga pipeline project site which started in June 2023.

This activity was also attended by the Director of Planning & Business Development of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Harsono Budi Santoso, the Director of Engineering and Development of PGN Solution, Lebinner Sinaga, along with all ranks and heads of work units within the scope of the Pengapon - Boyolali Pipeline Project.

“This activity is carried out to minimize all risks. Risks from aspects of work safety, technical workmanship and so on to minimize the occurrence of human error or other things that we don't want. For this reason, let us carry it out with awareness of this." Harsono said.

Holding MWT inspections is a form of the company's commitment to implementing aspects of security, safety, health and the effectiveness of project work to create optimal work results.

Starting this activity, the Board of Directors and staff from Pertamina Patra Niaga and PGN Solution made a project progress presentation at the Boyolali Fuel Oil Terminal (TBBM) owned by Pertamina Patra Niaga. After that, the MWT activities continued with a visit to the Auger Boring work at Kilometer Point (KP) 9, and then ended with a visit and observation of the Mainlane Right of Way (ROW) work at Kilometer Point 17.

The Pengapon – Boyolali Pipeline Project itself is a project to construct a pipeline to distribute Pertamina's fuel products with a length of 81.5 kilometers. The pipe stretches from the Integrated Terminal Semarang Group (Pengapon) to the BBM Fuel Terminal Boyolali. The aim of this project is to maintain the resilience of the fuel supply and increase the economic efficiency of fuel, by reducing the cost of transporting the fuel itself.

"For this reason, we must implement the principle of On Time, On Budget, On Schedule, On Return (OTOBOSOR) in carrying out the mandate given by society, without ignoring work safety and security."
