Surabaya - PT PGAS Solution (PGN Solution) held the opening of the National Occupational Safety and Health (K3) Month on Friday (12/01) as a form of its commitment in maintaining the security and safety of employees in the work environment.

Taking place in the PGN Surabaya Office Multipurpose Building, the event commemorating the start of K3 Month carries the theme "Cultivate K3, be healthy and safe at work, maintain business continuity."

Also attending the event were PGN Solution President Director Sabaruddin, PGN Solution K3PL and Security Division Head Astrid Taruli Debora and Department Head Regional HSSE SOR 3 PGN Tri Saksana Nugroho participated in the annual event held by PGN Solution.

"PGN Solution has passed 2023 well from an HSSE perspective. There are no fatalities, no major damage and no natural gas release which causes major damage. This is something to be grateful for and look after in the years to come.” Sabaruddin said. 

Apart from that, Sabaruddin also emphasized that every job carried out by all PGN Solution employees is a form of trust from stakeholders which must be maintained in order to maintain the reputation and business stability of that PGN Subsidiary.

"This year's celebration of National K3 month is expected to increase our consistency in implementing K3 culture in the Company. "This National K3 Month will be filled with several series of activities including education related to HSSE, Management Walkthrough (MWT) and other activities, and will be closed by giving rewards to work partners at the vendor day event." Said Astrid Taruli Debora

This series of events was inaugurated with a symbolic opening through the beating of a gong by the Main Director of PGN Solution, Sabaruddin and Department Head Regional HSSE SOR3 PGN Tri Saksana Nugroho. This activity aims to increase compliance and cultural awareness Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) in the Company.

After the official opening, this event continued with Safety Riding Awareness delivered by Jusri Pulubuhu from Jakarta Defensive Driving Consulting (JDDC). Then continued with Management Walkthrough (MWT) activities to the Kalisogo Gas Station and Sidoarjo Area Office by the Main Director, Head of K3PL and Security Division, Head of Surabaya Area Operations and Head of Sidoarjo Area Operations. This MWT activity is a proof of PGN Solution's seriousness in ensuring that K3 aspects are implemented well in all work areas.
