Banda Aceh – PGN Solution’s Director of Engineering and Development, Lebinner Sinaga, once again participated as a speaker in an inspirational forum for young generations. His visit was part of the “Practitioners Teach” event with the theme “Opportunities and Challenges for Engineers in the Oil and Gas Industry”, organized by the Faculty of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at Syiah Kuala University (USK), Banda Aceh, on Monday (3/2).

Held at Balee Keurukon, Faculty of Engineering USK, the event was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at USK, Dr. Ir. Taufiq S., M.Eng., IPU, the Head of the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at USK, Prof. Dr. Ir. Syarizal Fonna, ST, M.Sc., IPM, along with the academic community of USK and industry practitioners from Indonesia’s oil and gas sector. During the event, Lebinner shared insights into the oil and gas industry as well as strategies for young people to become resilient and competitive.

In his presentation, Lebinner emphasized that the oil and gas industry plays a strategic role in supporting national economic growth. Therefore, it is crucial for young generations, particularly engineering students, to gain a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges in this sector.

“PGN Solution is committed to continuously supporting the education sector by sharing knowledge and practical experience with students as future leaders. We aim to build a young generation that not only possesses technical competence but also strong character and a high level of competitiveness on the global stage,” said Lebinner.

PGN Solution’s support for education is not only reflected through seminars or sharing sessions but also through various partnership programs with educational institutions, student internship programs, and corporate social responsibility initiatives focused on education.

On the same occasion, PGN Solution also formalized a collaboration agreement with Syiah Kuala University in the areas of training, research, and technical consulting activities. This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) serves as a commitment to shaping an outstanding young generation that is ready to face future challenges, particularly benefiting the community in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam.
